Refund and cancellation policy

Before purchasing
Please review the product description, file format, compatibility information, preview material, and licence before checkout. Digital products are supplied immediately and cannot be physically returned.
Order cancellation
You may request cancellation before the digital file or download link has been delivered. Once access has been supplied, the order cannot normally be cancelled because the product is digital and cannot be returned.
When a refund may be available
Contact us within 7 days of purchase if you were charged more than once for the same order, received the wrong file, did not receive delivery within the stated period, cannot access the download after reasonable troubleshooting, or the delivered file is materially defective. Where the problem cannot be corrected, an appropriate refund or replacement will be provided.
Change of mind
Because access to a digital file is normally provided immediately, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered after the file has been accessed or downloaded. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
Requesting support
Email support@digidabba.shop or call +91 74101 68946 with your order email, purchase date, order reference, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days. After initiation, the bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to display the credit.
Refund decisions are applied consistently and remain subject to applicable consumer law and the payment provider’s rules.
